I've been around the internet for a long long time... I've seen people come and go... I've seen the best in some and the worst in others. I've made some super good friends that have chatted together for 10 + years on the message boards.
We have all become like a long distance family of sorts, we share the lives of our families, watch each others children grow up, spend vacations together in stories and pictures when we get home.... we worry about each other when bad weather strikes, and we hold each other when we loose a loved one.
We all have different views when it comes to life in general, things like religion, politics, raising kids, corporal punishment, the death sentence, and the right to bear arms will sometimes come up for discussion or comments are made....regardless of the views we hold as individuals we always try to show the respect to the person who felt that they had something to say about it all.
Life isn't always easy, in fact it seems to be getting harder day by day with all of the challenges that we face.

My point to all of this is the following.... We are as a group, at peace in our little world here at Oak Hill....we welcome new members who want to take part in the group. What I will prevent though is ANY kind of disruption to our peace and laughter. If you come to the Hill and never say hello, never make any kind of post, but just sit and leer at the other members for whatever reason you may have. Expect to have your user name added to the blocked list. It's nothing personal, I just don't have the time or the energy to waste dealing with your problems... whatever they may be.

Anyway. I wish you all well, just remember OAK HILL is strictly a NO DRAMA ZONE and as the owner of this little joint I reserve the right to block or ban from this board anyone that I feel like may pose a problem.
